A visit with Chris Crye, executive director of Next Chapter/La Crosse about its mission of building lasting relationships with people who have been impacted by crime, restoring them to God, family, and their community with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Next Chapter provides safe, secure and stable housing - Transitional housing (Discipleship Home) integrated with Christian living programs for men recently released from incarceration providing holistic support; a healthy community - rebuilding family relationships, discovering their gifts, getting rooted in a church community and learning to mentor others; and worthy work - Providing basic skills training in a supportive environment that equips participants to gain employment.
